A property owner approached Plutarc to provide brokers already identified with communication materials to support marketing efforts. The property was being redeveloped for commercial use. A tenant had already been found for part of the building, while marketing activity was to be initiated to fill the remaining space.
To meet the client's needs, we created a brand identity focused on the sustainability of the property, defining a logo, colors, fonts, and graphic elements that would help identify the property in the desired way. We created a sales brochure to send to interested potential clients and developed a website that could include all the necessary information and contact forms for appointed brokers.
