A private real estate developer approached Plutarc after purchasing a property for renovation support before reselling it. The need was to identify the project that would bring the most profit, and then identify a reliable construction company to work with.

In the first phase, we did a scenario analysis, identifying a number of possible layouts and projects and for each calculating the renovation costs and estimating a final selling price. We thus identified the ideal project for the property.

In the second phase, we searched for a construction company and other necessary partners, gave support in contracting with the company, and finalized the design until the layout and materials were finally confirmed.

In the third phase, we followed the contractor during the renovation of the property, preparing periodic progress reports.
