A company purchased at auction a half-built and abandoned shed from a bankrupt company. In the first stage, we did an urban planning analysis to evaluate possible transformation scenarios. Among the scenarios, we delved into the two options with greatest future value, estimating their completion costs and choosing with the client to pursue one of the two options, proceeding to layout and final design.
