This is an example not only of regeneration but also of change of intended use: a dental practice has in fact been transformed into a comfortable four-room apartment, consisting of a large double living area with kitchenette, two bathrooms - one of which is in the bedroom - and two bedrooms - one with a walk-in closet. Whoever purchased the apartment (on paper) also had the possibility to choose whether to have a double living area or create a small study from it for smart working: because architecture is also flexibility and it is also being able to foresee how space will live.
